A: Once you have registered on the registration

a password will be sent to your e-mail address. With this password, you
will be able to log in at the login webpage (http://www.webevangelism.com/otoe/login.php).

Q5.
I'm having difficulties logging into the course. When I enter my e-mail
address and password, the outline for the course flashes on the screen
momentarily and then I am redirected to the index page. What is happening
and how do I fix it?
A: Usually this problem occurs when cookies are not enabled in your web
browser. Once cookies are enabled, this should work properly.
To enable cookies in Internet Explorer, first open Internet Explorer.
Click on the "Tools" dropdown menu. Click on "Internet
Options", which is the bottom option. Click on the "Privacy"
Tab. The sliding bar on the left must be set to "Medium High"
or lower in order for your browser to accept cookies from our site. Once
this is set, you should be able to log in properly on the login
webpage (http://www.webevangelism.com/otoe/login.php).
If this still happens on "Medium High" you may need to set the
option to a setting one or two lower on the sliding bar.
To enable cookies in another web browser, consult help or documentation
for that browser.
Q6.
How do I change my password?
A: Changing your password is a functionality that is built into the course.
Here is how you can change your password. Log into the course on the login
webpage (http://www.webevangelism.com/otoe/login.php).
Once you have logged in, click on the "change profile" option
in the bottom navigation bar. Next, click on "change password"
and a window will pop up allowing you to change your password.
Q7.
What do I do if I have lost/forgotten my password?
A: If you do not have your password and want to log into the course, go
to the login webpage (http://www.webevangelism.com/otoe/login.php).
Type in the email address that you used to register for the course. Below
the box to type in the password is an option that is labelled 'Forgot
my password...". Click on that option and your password will be sent
to your email address.
Q8.
What do I do if I have not received my password?
A: The password should be sent immediately. However, it may take longer
due to circumstances on the Internet. It is advisable to wait for 24 hours
for the password to be sent.
-If
it has not been received, it may have been blocked by a spam filter program
since it is an automated e-mail. If you are able to review your blocked
messages, it may be found there. The address it will be sent from is iec@webevangelism.com.
-If you do not find the e-mail there, try to add the e-mail address iec@webevangelism.com
to the list of e-mails that are not blocked by your
spam filter program.
